Matthew D. Obregon

As an associate attorney at Herrig, Vogt & Hensley, LLP, Matthew D. Obregon provides superior legal services to clients involved in construction disputes and general civil litigation. In addition to preparing business and construction contracts, he develops customized legal strategies for clients involved in negotiation of claims, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

Mr. Obregon has 10 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale commercial and civil infrastructure projects for public and private owners. During this time, Mr. Obregon developed a keen passion for the law as it relates to construction contracts and disputes, particularly from a builder’s perspective.

Mr. Obregon enjoys giving back to his alma mater Sacramento State University where he teaches construction law for the Construction Management program.

When Mr. Obregon is not practicing law, you will find him on his road bicycle riding the beautiful roads of Placer County where he lives with wife and son Robert.
